The next part of the PLS in Practice process was for staff to use their previously identified ‘next steps’ and consider what this might look like in their new learning environment.

In order to do this, staff had to first describe in words what each of their next practice ideas would look like and then they moved onto matching an image that closely resonated with each particular statement.

The PLSiP Team shared a wide range of images with the staff to give them some ideas of different learning zones and type of kit that may enhance their next practice. From this, staff chose the images and also took some of their own from their existing learning spaces to demonstrate what it was that they wanted to include in the new school build.
